Christopher Chandek Peace

Christopher Peace joined Osborn Conflict Resolution in the summer of 2017, bringing a wealth of experience from his local government work as an Associate Attorney with the Mecklenburg County Legal Department and additional prior experience in civil litigation. Building upon his earlier careers in both music and retail business, Chris employs a practical, real-world approach to solving clients’ legal problems. He strongly believes that litigation rarely, if ever, addresses the true sources of conflict between parties to a dispute, whether arising from family, employment, or other business relationships. Collaborative conflict resolution represents a conscious choice to move in a different direction which dares to imagine mutually beneficial outcomes based upon respect of the other parties, while also avoiding the cost, blunt adversity, and uncertainty of fighting a lawsuit.
